Who is this Qualification for?

This qualification is designed for learners who are either currently working, returning or starting work and wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in health and safety

This course will take 1/2 day to complete.

Requirements

There are no prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is advised that learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

Topics covered

The qualification provides learners with an understanding of the main responsibilities of employees and employers with regards to health and safety. It also provides an understanding of how the workplace can affect health and safety.

Assessment method

This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination.
